Norwood Park

This neighborhood is about 11 miles northwest of downtown Chicago, just minutes from O’Hare airport. Norwood Park is one of the rare neighborhoods that doesn’t follow Chicago’s street grid pattern. It boasts some of the oldest homes in the city and is known as a “suburb in the city” made up of smaller neighborhoods: Norwood Park East, Norwood Park West, Old Norwood Park (The Circle) and Oriole Park. It has an idyllic, family-first vibe accented with beautiful green spaces, parks, a variety of single-family homes and manicured lawns.
